1. Returns

We accept returns only if:

  • You notify us immediately upon receiving the parcel (within 24 hours) if the item is damaged.
  • The product is unopened, in its original packaging, and not used.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do NOT accept returns if the pack is opened or the seal is broken.

3. Refunds

If your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned item.
