Return & Refund Policy

At Farmer's Pride, we take pride in the quality of our Moringa-infused tea drinks. We are confident you will love them. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns & Refunds Due to Damage or Error

We stand behind our products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if we made an error in your shipment (e.g., wrong product sent), please contact us immediately.

  • Contact Period: Please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Process: Email us at support@farmerspridefoods.com with your order number and photos of the damaged/incorrect product and packaging.

  • Resolution: We will gladly arrange for a replacement of the correct product or issue a full refund (to your original payment method) for the affected items, including any shipping costs.

2. Returns for Change of Mind

Due to the nature of our products being consumable (food/beverage items), we generally cannot accept returns or offer refunds simply because you changed your mind or did not like the taste.

Why? For health and safety reasons, we cannot resell any product that has been opened and leaves our possession. This is a standard practice for consumable goods.

3. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges for change of mind. If you would like to try a different flavor, we encourage you to place a new order. We often run promotions and offer discounts to returning customers!

4. How to Initiate a Return (For Damaged/Incorrect Orders)

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at  support@farmerspridefoods.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your:

    • Order Number

    • Full Name

    • Reason for return

    • Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)

  2. Await Instructions: We will respond promptly with further instructions and a prepaid return shipping label if necessary. Please do not ship anything back without authorization.

  3. Ship Back (if required): In some cases, we may require you to ship the damaged/incorrect item back to us using a label we provide. In other cases, we may simply process the refund or replacement without requiring a return.

5. Refunds

  • Timing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item (if required), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

  • What's Refunded: For approved claims, we will refund the full price of the affected product(s). If the entire order is being returned, we will also refund the standard shipping cost.

6. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded under our damage/error policy. Sale items cannot be refunded unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.

7. Shipping Costs for Returns

We will cover the cost of return shipping for orders that were damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error. For any other return reasons not covered by this policy, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
