Shipping Policy

At Farmer's Pride, we strive to get our delicious Moringa-infused tea drinks from our farm to your doorstep as quickly and efficiently as possible. This policy outlines all the important details about how we ship your orders.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays) after placement. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be extended by an additional day. You will be notified via email if there is a significant delay.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship across India.
At this time, we require a valid physical address for delivery. We can ship to P.O. Boxes depending on the serviceability of our courier partners.
3. Shipping Methods & Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery location (pin code). We partner with trusted courier services like [Insert Courier Names, e.g., Delhivery, DTDC, etc.] and offer the following shipping options:

Delivery times may vary for remote locations.
4. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and in your order confirmation email. These estimates include our order processing time (1-2 business days) plus the carrier's transit time.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. While we do our best to get your order to you on time, unforeseen carrier delays, weather events, or holidays can impact delivery. Farmer's Pride is not responsible for delays once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
5. Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number (AWB number) and a link to track your package. You can use this number on the carrier’s website to see the current status and location of your delivery.
6. Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. Please double-check your address, especially your pin code, before completing your order.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. A new shipping fee will be required to re-send the order.
7. Undeliverable Packages
Occasionally, a package may be deemed undeliverable by the carrier (e.g., address not found, closed premises, multiple failed delivery attempts). If this happens, the carrier will typically hold it at a local branch for pickup for a few days before returning it to us.
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout to figure out the next steps. Refunds for returned orders will be issued for the product cost minus the original shipping fees and any return shipping fees incurred.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
Farmer's Pride is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they are marked "delivered" by the shipping carrier. If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you cannot find it, we recommend:

Contacting your local courier office for more precise delivery details and proof of delivery.
If the package is confirmed lost in transit before it is marked delivered, please contact us immediately at support@farmerspridefoods.com, and we will initiate an investigation with the carrier to resolve the issue.
